Ava's First Hockey Game
Our neighbors graciously agreed to watch Wyatt (they have an almost 4-year-old daughter), and we took Ava on a trip to watch the Portland WinterHawks.
She had quite a good time, we all did, although the diet of hot dog, pop and popcorn didn't agree with anyone. I think Ava really enjoyed being an only child for a night.

Apparently it was mascot night, and various mascots came out at half time to have their own game. This is Ava's face when she saw the princesses.
And then Ava got a hold of the camera and took photos like these ones. Notice what's on the Jumbotron, and yes, that is my belly you're looking at.
