Soccer!

After about 20 minutes of absolute terror, and 5 minutes of reluctant participation, Ava has decided soccer is her new favorite thing.  I pretty much had to force her to play the first game; now she asks me every day when her next game is going to be.  Here is a dialogue snippet to give you an idea:

On the car ride to the soccer field: "I don't want to play.  I want to go home!"

On the way home: "Do I have a soccer game tomorrow?  What a great soccer ball we have!  These shoes are soo good for running!  This was the best soccer game ever!  Hey, mom?  Did we win?"
