Save money, eat bread!





We have been having yummy sourdough bread all week!  If you don't already know about this method of keeping the dough in your fridge and pulling a little bit out when you need it, go here and read the article!

It really is as easy as it sounds - once you get the initial batch of dough made - and it lasts two weeks in the fridge, longer in the freezer.  I made the boule recipe this week with half wheat flour, a tablespoon of gluten, and a tablespoon of italian seasonings.  So good!
